Tim O’Connell is back at it in 2023, piecing together another great season. Cole Reiner and O’Connell are currently battling back and forth for the fourth and fifth-place spots in the World Standings.
Once O’Connell’s numbers are added up by the PRCA he will have crossed the $100,000 mark for the 10th straight season.
On the year, O’Connell is averaging over 82 points per ride and has been bucked off just twice.
He has over 25 85-point rides and has already amassed 12 Go-Round wins, just three shy of his total in 2022 and 2021.
O’Connell was in great form at the Calgary Stampede where he was 85 points or higher in four of five rides, including a 90-point ride in the finals.
After the rodeo, O’Connell said he was riding as well as he ever has in his career.
