Taylor Broussard Moves Inside Top 3 at Rodeo Austin

Bareback rider Taylor Broussard locks in an 85.5-point ride to secure his position on the leaderboard

Two-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier Taylor Broussard matched up with Dapper Dan of Rafter G Rodeo to claim his spot on the leaderboard at No. 3 with an 85.5-point ride at Rodeo Austin.

“That horse, it’s not super young but the reason it’s taken this long to see that horse is because it’s a little crazy in there and you’ve just kind of got to work with it and be a horseman. I’m just glad to have that horse, he went out and bucked that’s for sure,” Broussard says

Cole Franks, Leighton Berry, Mason Stuller, Mason Clements, Waylon Bourgeois and Dean Thompson round out the remainder of the leader board at Rodeo Austin.

Broussard currently holds the No. 5 position in the PRCA World Standings with $37,065 in earnings.
