Rookie Weston Timberman put an exclamation point at the end of his 2024 season. A win at the North Dakota Roughrider Cup highlighted his second to last weekend.
Timberman was 91 points to win the one-header and took home over $18,000, more than any other athlete at the rodeo.
Timberman jumped to No. 6 in the Bareback World Standings and has secured his spot at the 2024 NFR.
He has also opened up a $90,000 lead in the rookie race and will be the only Rookie Bareback Rider to compete in Las Vegas.
