The Resistol Rookie Race is on for the Ladies of Barrel Racing and Breakaway

The young ladies of rodeo are hustling in the Resistol Rookie of the Year race.

Currently in the barrel racing, Bayleigh Choate is your No. 1 lady. Presley Smith is in second and Kailee Murdock is in third. It is a close race to watch but Bayleigh Choate is stacked with horsepower going into the summer run.

In the breakaway roping, Josie Conner is the front runner, Bryana Lehrmann is right behind her and Gianna Cianfichi is in third. Conner is a girl we have talked about before, she is no stranger to success and she will be going for gold the rest of the year.

The California rodeos are coming up soon and these ladies will be throwing down, all gunning for big checks to climb not only the Resistol Rookie standings but the World Standings as well.

You will see some of these ladies at the inaugural Cowboy Channel Rookie Roundup presented by Resistol on April 29 and 30 in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Get your tickets here.
