Tilden Hooper won the rodeo in Vernal, Utah with 88 points aboard Powder River’s 99 Problems
“I’m just happy out here having fun,” he said. “It feels great, looking around here, you couldn’t put another person in the stands, you get this many people out here and I like to show off.”
The win earned Hooper more than $3,000. He is currently No. 1 in the world.
