TJ Gray was one of two bull riders to make the whistle Wednesday in Fort Worth and his 86.5 points won him $1,250 and moved him to the Semifinals. It’s the second straight year he has advanced to the Semis in Fort Worth.
“It feels really good (to ride one away from my hand), I just had to relax and not think about it,” Gray said of his matchup with Rafter G’s Swanky. “This is an awesome rodeo, this is one you want to make count, I had a good opportunity today with a good bull.”
Trevor Reiste was 76 points to nab the other available Semifinal spot in the bull riding on Wednesday night.
