Tom Crouse’s Season Ends with a Bow on it After North Dakota Roughrider Cup Finish

Tie-down roper Tom Crouse claims third in Mandan.

It was simple for Tom Course on Sunday in Mandan. His 8.1 would be fast enough for third at the North Dakota Roughrider Cup but the check that came with it, only added to his best year yet in the PRCA.

“It’s going to influence a lot. I was entered in a few rodeos last year and I’m just going to go home instead,” Crouse said about the impactful payout.

This is the most money he said he has ever won at a single rodeo and it was all thanks to having a draw that took the tie.

Dylan Hancock and Chet Weitz are the only two cowboys to be faster than Crouse, who also tied for third with Luke Potter.
