As the Summe Run gets closer every day, we took a look into the cowboys that are entering the busiest time of the season with a lighter load than other.

Leighton Berry has had another successful winter that has him the No. 1 ranked bareback rider in the World. Of the 19 horses he has covered this season, 15 of them took him to the pay window. Cooper Cooke comes in No. 2 by just around $7,000 after a big win came his way at the Advantage Dirt Bares and Broncs in Washington. As for your No. 3 bareback rider in the World, it is none other than history making and reigning World Champion Keenan Hayes.

Australian Damian Brennan was on a roll this winter picking up Texas Swing wins along with wins in Florida, South Dakota and more. He has a $26,000 lead in the World Standings above California’s Lefty Holman. Holman has consistently placed all winter long and consistency is key when every penny counts. You No. 3 and 4 bronc riders are the Wrights, Ryder and Statler who are separated by less than $1,000 while Wyatt Casper rounds out the Top 5 with around $73,000.

Bull rider Creek Young has capitalized on the Texas Swing, picking up pay days at Fort Worth and a win at Houston. He kickstarted his season with a win at the Ram Prairie Circuit Finals. Clayton Sellars has made a big splash as he returned full time to PRCA Rodeo this year and he sits No. 2 going into the Summer Run while young gun Hayes Weight wraps up the Top 3.
