In Round 7 at the NFR, Tyler Bingham drew the infamous Spotted Demon, and unfortunately, not only did he not make to the buzzer, the buck off resulted in a nasty wreck. Bingham was rushed to the hospital and suffered extensive injuries, including multiple broken ribs.
Although left unable to compete, Bingham was able to attend the rodeo and he made an appearance Saturday night to support his fellow bull riders.
On Instagram Sunday, Bingham wrote:
As my wife and I make our way home from the 2020 WNFR I want to let everyone know how thankful and grateful I am for them. The amount of love, prayers, and support I’ve received is absolutely amazing. I will never take another rodeo, bull or friend for granted. You truly never know when the last one will be. I want to personally thank the Justin sports medicine. You guys are life savers literally. @sagekimzey you have gone above and beyond to show your love and friendship to me! I will never be able to thank you enough! I want to thank my family and other friends as well everyone in my life you are all amazing! You have all showed me love and support! I also want to say sorry to my wife @jericabingham for giving you a heart attack lol ?? I can’t imagine what you were feeling! Even tho it didn’t go as planned I’m still happy with being apart of this years NFR it was historical. Congratulations to all the 2020 world champions and Especially my great friend @officialstetsonwright Now I’m going to heal up and come at 2021 with an entirely new flame burning!
