With only 15 rodeos to her name in the 2024 regular season, Jordon Briggs picked up a win when she made her way to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Smooth runs at the Daddy landed her in the Winner’s Circle and she is your WPRA Athlete of the Week.

In true Briggs’ fashion, she continues her streak of picking up a check every where she goes. At the Cheyenne Frontier Days, a 17.57 put her at No. 21 in the Qualifying Round and earn her place in the Performances. In Performance 3, Briggs and Rollo bested their qualifier time when they stopped the clock at 17.29 to be second and advance to the Finals.

In the Final Round at the Daddy of ‘Em All, Briggs and Rollo made the second fastest run of the rodeo with a 17.06 to win it all by just two tenths of a second. Briggs left Cheyenne with $17,000 added to her name.

Rollo was out with an injury for most of the beginning of the season but he has proved that he is back in full force. The fan favorite duo might not be Las Vegas bound in December but they leave no doubt that they are still tough. Briggs’ Cheyenne Win makes her your WPRA Athlete of the Week.
