After having three years of rough Winter Runs, Josie Conner has finally tasted some Texas Swing success. The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo win came to the Louisiana cowgirl when she was the first to back into the box in the Final Round making her your WPRA Athlete of the Week.
Conner landed her place in the Finals after roping a 2.4 in the Semi-Finals. The 1.8-second run that cinched the win would come aboard Conner’s great horse, Dutch, the perfect equine partner that makes Conner’s job look easy.
