Wyatt Casper’s Second Xtreme Broncs Finals Title Moves Him into the Top 3 in the World

Texas bronc rider Wyatt Casper claims his second Xtreme Bronc Finals bronze.

Wyatt Casper has now claimed his second consecutive Xtreme Broncs Finals title after an impressive performance in Rapid City.

A matchup with Disco Inferno of Muddy Creek Pro Rodeo got the whole thing started for Casper before a rematch with J Bar J’s Shady Jacket would be the finale.

“I needed to get a little redemption on that horse, he kind of made me look pretty silly in Sentinal Butte a couple weeks ago and I got on him in Jordan, Montana before and was quite a few points and I knew it could be good, just had to make it happen,” Casper said.

The success from the Xtreme Broncs Finals has moved Casper into the Top 3 in the World and his game plan the rest of the season is to keep going down the rodeo road.

“Shoot, I never dreamt of being able to win this one time so to be able to win it two times is pretty awesome,” he said.

The Long Round win went to Ryder Wright with an 89.5-point ride while Allen Boore claimed the Finals with an 88 but it was Casper who left with the bronze.
