Zero In: Brody Cress Secures Early Lead in 2024 Season

Seven-time National Finals Rodeo cowboy Brody Cress is setting himself up for a successful season already in 2024 as he sits No. 1 in the PRCA Saddle Bronc Riding World Standings with just over $20,000 earned already.

Cress’ consistency has paid off during his career as he holds three National Finals Rodeo Average Titles and was second at the 2023 NFR in December with 856 points on 10 head.

Prior to his trip to Las Vegas, Cress was steady in early October to take home a large majority of his earnings at the Brad Gjermundson Extreme Broncs in New Town, North Dakota.

Cress won the Average at the event with three rides marked between 84.5 and 86.5 points and a Go-Round win. He has at least 35 rides of 85+ Points and 15 Go-Round Wins in each of the last four seasons, making him the only saddle bronc rider to do so.
